Not happy with your purchase? 

We make Returns and Exchanges so damn easy here at Soka Sassy Hair. If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason simply send it back to us within 5 days for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Once your item is returned and processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your store credit code. The code may then be used during checkout to purchase an item of equal or greater value to complete your exchange. This code will never expire, so take your sweet time finding that perfect item.

In the rare event your item is damaged or defective, please contact us with your name, order number, and photograph of the defective item and we will send you a replacement. 

Please note that:

All returns must be in original condition- this means with original tags & packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

All markdown items, sale items, flash sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
